You would post a utility that’s Windows only. Oh well, good thing Ubuntu has an update manager and checks for new packages regularly and has no need for third-party apps to do this. Not trying to start a war, I’m on my way back to my Win 7 laptop as I type this.
You know it! Ubuntu is not too bad, I can tolerate that for desktop usage. I did try the “wonderful” Arch Linux a few months back and after 4 hours of reading and running through the command line I was still looking at a command line with no hope in sight of getting a working desktop and gave up.
