Well, at least if you live in Singapore it is available now. But it is a good sign that it will be coming to other locations soon. This is a surprsingly powerful update from the ATI 3450 all the way to the ATI 512MB 4570. On top of that it comes with the new Edge-to-Edge HD  LED screen with 1366 x 768 resolution. The basic model comes with the previously mentioned card and 2.4GHz P8600 Core 2 Duo, 3GB of RAM, and a 250GB hard drive  for around $1050 USD. Well done Dell! I am glad to see a very respectable card used in one of your affordable notebooks.
